101 Tremont Street is a historic 11-story building overlooking the Granary Burying Ground and Boston Common and situated between the Suffolk University Law School and Nine Zero, the boutique hotel.  Historically, a multi-tenant office building, 101 Tremont represented a unique opportunity to reposition a prime urban asset.

In 2011 and 2012, Dinosaur worked closely with our joint venture partners, National Development and Charles River Realty, to fashion a creative redevelopment plan for this historic building.

101 Tremont Street was sold in 2013.
