In 2022, Dinosaur was asked to re-conceive and re-permit a failed project that promises to create 114 apartments and 5000 square feet of ground floor retail in the rapidly evolving Dorchester Avenue corridor of South Boston.

Dinosaur received BPDA and BZA approval for the re-designed project in early 2024.
