240 Sidney street

In early 2012, Dinosaur purchased 240 Sidney Street, a 100% leased 36,408 square foot R&D building on a 1.24 acre full block site in Cambridge, MA occupied by Vertex Pharmaceuticals for $6.8 million. During Vertex’s two year lease term, Dinosaur permitted a 96-unit, four-story mixed-income apartment building. Construction commenced in 2014. The building was completed and leased in 2015.
